This figure is one of Teresa Chiba's adorable creations! Based on the Japanese tale of Akabeko, this cow figure is said to bring good luck and prevent illness. Add this awesome good luck charm to your collection AND you'll never get sick! of looking at it at least :)
The little black cow has been sitting on my desk for a month and the paintwork is genuinely lovely up close. Love that it nods to the Akabeko legend, so it doubles as a good luck charm instead of just another shelf figure.

Didn't expect a good luck charm to actually make me smile every time I glance at my shelf, but this little cow does. The black body with the red detailing is really striking in person, and it's small enough to sit right next to my monitor. Bought it for the Akabeko legend, staying for how cute it lo
