The paint job on this little guy is way cleaner than I expected for the price, no sloppy edges around the eyes at all. He's been sitting on my desk for a week and I still catch myself glancing over at him. Solid weight too, doesn't feel hollow or cheap.
Didn't expect the vinyl to feel this solid in hand, no hollow cheapness at all. The muted color palette on the original sculpt is what sold me, it looks even better on my shelf than in the photos.
The figure's gentle expression really sells the 'old friend' vibe—it's like seeing someone you haven't talked to in years. The paint is clean and the vinyl feels sturdy, not hollow. Perfect desk companion.
