Medicom's long-running Vinyl Artist Gacha series features a rotating line-up of (mostly) Japanese vinyl toy artists creating small gachapon figures to be sold in vending machines. In Japan you'd have to put some yen into a gacha machine and get a figure at random, but here we let you pick. 😎

Each figure comes in the original capsule.

Available as a single figure (your choice) or a full set of all 5 colors.

I kept pulling hoping for my favorite artist in the series, and the vinyl quality on the one I got is honestly impressive for a gacha piece. The paint details are crisp and it sits perfectly on my shelf next to my other collectibles.

The blind box mechanism adds a fun little gamble to the whole thing, and the vinyl figure itself has a nice weight to it that feels sturdier than a typical gacha toy. It's a bit pricey for what's inside, but the rotating artist lineup keeps it interesting.

I wasn’t sure what artist I’d get since it’s a blind box, but the vinyl figure itself has nice weight and clean paint details for such a small gacha piece. Took a bit of fiddling to pop the capsule open, though once it’s out it displays really well on my shelf.
