Seal DIY Paper Toy Postcard #059

The fold lines are pre-scored so cleanly that I didn’t need any extra tools, and the finished monkey has such a playful stance it’s already sitting on my desk. Assembly took about twenty minutes and the paper holds its shape surprisingly well.

The postcard’s quirky monkey design had me smiling before I even started cutting, and the fold lines are printed clearly enough that I didn’t mess up a single flap. It’s a fun half-hour project that leaves you with a tiny paper buddy worth showing off.

Folding this little guy together took me right back to childhood, the way the thick paper layers click into place is so satisfying. I love that it’s a postcard too, so I can mail the finished seal to my niece and watch her try to figure out how it stands up.
