Filefish DIY Paper Toy Postcard #047

The little filefish has so much personality once it's folded, way more fun than a standard flat postcard. The pre-scored fold lines made the 3D shape surprisingly easy to pop together.

Cutting out the pieces took a bit longer than I expected since the tabs are tiny, but the pre-scored folds snapped together cleanly once I got going. It's a quirky little desk buddy now, though I'd grab a toothpick for the small fins next time.

The little monkey comes as flat die-cut sheets you punch out and fold, and the tabs slot together without any glue. Took me about half an hour and the creases are a bit fiddly on the tail, but it stands up fine on my desk.
