Didn't expect a gig poster to work as a framed art piece, but the whole concept — one artist making a print for another artist's exhibit that never actually advertised anything — is what sold me. Hung it above my desk and the layout still reads clean from across the room.
The paper stock has this matte finish that makes the reds look almost screen-printed by hand. I keep finding new details in the type every time I walk past it in the hallway.
