I've never assembled a paper shoe before and the tab-and-slot fit was surprisingly precise, no glue needed anywhere. The finished monkey-themed shoe sits on my desk and people keep picking it up to check if it's really paper.
Cutting out the tiny shoe pieces took me back to childhood afternoons. The pre-scored fold lines are spot on, so the little sneaker actually holds its shape once you slot the tabs together. Ended up framing the finished postcard on my desk instead of mailing it.
I've never built a 3D paper model before, and this little postcard kit turned out way cuter than I expected once I folded it up. The die-cut pieces pop out cleanly and slot together without any glue, which surprised me. Took maybe twenty minutes and now it sits on my desk.
