Toucan DIY Paper Toy Postcard #117

The little monkey postcard unfolded into a surprisingly sturdy 3D model — the pre-scored tabs clicked together cleanly without any glue, which never happens with cheap kits. It took me about an hour while watching TV, and the quirky face design made me smile the whole time. Such a clever, whimsical

I’ve built a lot of paper kits over the years, and the way this monkey’s limbs slot together felt surprisingly sturdy once it was done. The quirky 3D design makes a great desk buddy, and it took me about an hour of relaxing folding to finish.

The postcard arrives flat, so it’s like a tiny 3D puzzle you fold into a little monkey that stands on its own. I put it together in about fifteen minutes while watching TV, and the paper has a nice, sturdy feel. Honestly, it’s the perfect little desk buddy to brighten up a boring workday.
