How to Unbox and Display a Momiji Out of This World Blind Box

Quick answer

Unbox your Momiji Out of This World plush blind box by opening the seal carefully, checking the variant, and then displaying it on a shelf or bed to keep its soft, cuddly shape.

Step-by-step unboxing and display guide

1. Open the blind box seal: Gently cut the tape or peel the seal along the top edge. Avoid yanking or tearing the cardboard, as it may crease the included illustration card. A dull blade or letter opener works best to keep the box intact for storage.
2. Check your variant: Remove the plush and any packaging. Look at the tag or bottom label to identify which of the eight variants (or secret) you received. Compare with a checklist if you're tracking your collection. Keep a small notebook or photo log to avoid buying duplicate variants.
3. Choose a display spot: Place the plush on a shelf, desk, or bed away from direct sunlight and moisture. These plushies are cuddly, so they can double as a soft accent piece in your room. Rotate displayed plushies every few weeks to prevent dust buildup and uneven fading.
4. Store extra boxes or cards: If you plan to keep the blind box packaging, flatten it and store it in a drawer. The illustration card can be framed or tucked into a portfolio for safe keeping. Use acid-free sleeves for cards to prevent yellowing over time.
